Welcome to Echo Now ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Echo Now Slack AI assistant service, including any associated websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

Echo Now provides an AI-powered assistant for Slack that helps users summarize conversations, extract key information, and improve productivity within Slack workspaces. The Service is provided on a subscription basis as described in our pricing plans.

3. Account Authentication and Security

To use our Service, you must authenticate using your Slack account. Echo Now uses Slack's authentication system for login, and you do not need to create a separate account with us. By logging in with Slack, you authorize Echo Now to access your Slack workspace according to the permissions you grant. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Slack account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your Slack account credentials
• Ensure that you have proper authorization to connect Echo Now to your Slack workspace
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your Echo Now integration
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur through your connected Slack account

4. Subscription and Payments

Echo Now offers various subscription plans. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated:

• All fees are quoted in Euros
• Payments are due in advance for the subscription period selected
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

Echo Now is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. Our privacy practices are outlined below:

We do not store any of your Slack messages or conversation content. When our Service processes Slack messages to generate summaries or insights, this processing occurs in real-time, and the message content is not retained after the processing is complete. Only the resulting summaries or insights that you explicitly save may be stored as part of your account data.

We use the collected data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
• Process and complete transactions
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Monitor and analyze usage trends
